To help us plan our news content for the year ahead, we are seeking your input on what topics matter to you the most.

    I would like to start the Year 2023 with Accurate ,Researched Impartial Information on the EV Charging , Not Just Print the Government Spin that all
    cars sold by 2040 will be EV & EV Charging Station Installers that only give a One Sided Version to Get Business , It Just Wont Happen if you Research Manufacturers over the Last 30 Years who Dominated with a Single Product Apple & Microsoft went very High on Market Share but never Achieved over 59 % Market Share,
    With the Older Apartment Towers (22 Years) Like I am One Lot Owner of 130 Lot Owners in my Building ,We face Enormous Costs for Lot Owners for our Electricity Infrastructure to be Upgraded to Handle EV Charging for a Few EV Owners in the Future ,if it Happens, plus the Risk that is now being Published on the Fire & Safety Issues recently Stated by QFES in writing

    Also Electricity & Gas Contracts Advice for 2023 & beyond would be of Benefit Also ,

      My request
      Provide swimming steps and rail to enter and exit the swimming pool at the Summit Airlie Beach.
      I cannot use our pool because of the above other people have also commented on this issue.

    Re EV vehicles. Denying something is most likely going to happen is one way of handling it I suppose. But if you still have an analogue house phone, you probably have a very low phone bill too. Personally, I thought it was a good bet to go with digital once it became available, but I don’t a single Apple product.

    E cars will become a issue as will E scoooters, just yesterday a E scooter caused a massive fire in a garage in a house on Broadbeach which burnt down, an example of the dangers of all electrical vehicles.
    I personally and I’m sure other apartment owners would not like to see E chargers in side garage areas in apartment buildings
    There many other bad experiences regarding the above.
    On another note,I would to see a washing bay facility in all apartment buildings.
