Happy Holidays
As Christmas draws closer and business begins to wrap up for 2022 Smart Strata and our foundation partners Archers the Strata Professionals, Strata Compliance Solutions, Marsh Advantage Insurance and ARC Utilities Management wanted to take this opportunity to say a Merry Christmas and thank you for all your support this year.
We started 2022, like many businesses around us weary of what the year would hold after a turbulent 2 years of covid. Reflecting back on all that this year was, however, we are beyond proud of what we have achieved and how we have grown.
Within 2022, Smart Strata held 12 seminars throughout Queensland that saw just under 1000 Owners and Committee Members attend (if you missed these you can still view them here: The Great Strata Debate & Bylaw Seminar Series ). We sent out 49 Strata Updates that included 113 articles that have collectively been read over 600,000 times. We have an active database of over 45,000 and 213 active preferred suppliers around QLD.
Smart Strata have big plans for 2023, with 2 x seminar series that will be bigger and better than ever and some excellent informative content on topical situations within the Strata community lined up.

We would also like to remind you that our offices are closing from 5.00 pm Friday 23rd December 2022 and will re-open at 8.30 am Monday 9th January 2023. Archers’ clients are of course still able to access their records or send in requests and application forms during the holidays by visiting the Archers website.
