What does engaging CMBM mean?
Working with us, you have a single point of contact through our dedicated Client Service Managers (CSMs), who oversee service delivery and ensure quality of work. We value transparency and understand the importance of making sure our performance can be constantly assessed by you. Our quality assurance platform, known as Quality Management Control (QMC2), delivers work scheduling, inspection updates, work order functions, a communication portal and more. This is all accessible by you, the client.
